Acceptance of the Terms of Use Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between [MSASTROEXPERTS] (hereinafter referred to as "Astrologer") and the Client.
Registering with MSASTROEXPERTS indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. This will be considered your confirmation of acknowledging and accepting the terms and conditions that apply to you. You will be defined automatically under sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act 2000. The following terms and conditions represent the Agreement between MSASTROEXPERTS and the user. The visitor is advised to read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions by clicking on the section labelled "terms and conditions." This document will refer to "MSASTROEXPERTS".
The Agreement contains the legally binding terms that govern your use of the Site and consultation(s). MSASTROEXPERTS reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time. Consultation(s) and admissions rights are reserved. This Agreement document is published under 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires the publication of the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms and conditions for accessing or using (URL of Site)
BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("Agreement").
You must not use the Website or the MSASTROEXPERTS Services if you disagree with being bound by the Terms and Conditions. "You" and "User" shall be used interchangeably for "MSASTROEXPERTS member." 1.1 By availing the astrology services provided by MSASTROEXPERTS, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of Services
2.1 MSASTROEXPERTS provides astrology-based consultations and predictions.
2.2 The services provided are based on the principles of astrology and are intended for informational purposes only.
2.3 MSASTROEXPERTS does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the predictions or advice provided.
3. Client Obligations
3.1 The Client shall provide accurate and complete personal information as required by MSASTROEXPERTS.
3.2 The Client understands that astrology services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
3.3 The Client agrees to use the services responsibly and not to rely solely on the predictions provided by MSASTROEXPERTS for making important life decisions.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the astrology services and materials provided by MSASTROEXPERTS shall remain the exclusive property of MSASTROEXPERTS.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 MSASTROEXPERTS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the astrology services.
5.2 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MSASTROEXPERTS from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Client's use of the services.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 MSASTROEXPERTS shall maintain the confidentiality of the Client's personal information.
6.2 However, MSASTROEXPERTS may disclose the Client's information to third parties if required by law or to protect the rights and property of MSASTROEXPERTS.
7. Amendments
7.1 MSASTROEXPERTS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8. Severability
8.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
2. Eligibility
a) Registering as a MSASTROEXPERTS Member or using this Site is no age limit.
b) If MSASTROEXPERTS believes or has reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or have made any misrepresentation, MSASTROEXPERTS reserves the right to immediately terminate your consultation(s) and/or your right to use the Service without refunding any of your unutilized consultation(s) fees.
d) By using this Platform, you represent and permit that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; submit relevant information to us.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, such as your user id, password, OTP, and so on, confidential and for restricting access to your computer/mobile to prevent unauthorized access to your account. All activities that are undergoing your account are solely your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your account and any other security breach and to log out of your account at the end of each session. As a company, we do not request passwords, and you are advised not to share your password with anyone. You agree to accept responsibility for all actions taken under your account.
4. Term and Termination
a) This Agreement will remain in effect, valid, and binding if you use our Website.
b) MSASTROEXPERTS may terminate your access to the Website and/or your consultation(s) for any reason, including but not limited to the breach of the terms of Service, commercial use of the Service, or engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity by sending a notice to you at the email address you provided in your application for consultation(s) or such other email address as you may later provide to MSASTROEXPERTS. If MSASTROEXPERTS terminates your consultation(s) due to a breach of the terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to a refund of any Consultation(s) fees you have paid.
c) You may cancel your consultation(s) anytime and for any reason by contacting MSASTROEXPERTS on WhatsApp of through email on the website if you cancel your consultation(s) 24 hours before your consultation time total paid amount is refunded after deducting taxes (if applicable) and 5% service fee, you will not be entitled to a refund of consultation(s) fees paid by you if the request is made on the same day or before your consultation time unless otherwise guaranteed in writing.
d) Certain provisions of this Agreement, including pointers 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, shall remain in effect even after termination.
e) The term of the paid consultation(s) would be determined by the type of consultation(s) chosen.
f) If the Company ceases operations, you will be refunded 50% of your unused consultation(s) fees.

6. Non-Commercial Use of Members
The Site is for individual members' educational purposes to learn about astrology and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavours. This includes providing links to other websites, whether they are considered competitive to MSASTROEXPERTS. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses are permitted to become Members of MSASTROEXPERTS after approvals by the competent authorities of MSASTROEXPERTS. But they are not permitted to use the MSASTROEXPERTS Service or Site in any way. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site, will be investigated, and appropriate legal action, including civil, criminal, and injunctive redress, will be taken.
7. Confidentiality
Any feedback you provide to MSASTROEXPERTS is considered non-confidential. MSASTROEXPERTS shall be free to use such feedback/information indefinitely. In addition, by submitting the feedback, you permit these points:
(i) Your feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information about yourself or third parties
(ii) MSASTROEXPERTS member is not under any express or implied obligation of confidentiality concerning the feedback
(iii) you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement from MSASTROEXPERTS under any circumstances.
8. Copyright Policy
All the videos, writeup and discussions displayed on this website are the property of the owner Mrs Madhavi Sharma (MSASTROEXPERTS.com). Before posting, distributing, or reproducing any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information, you must obtain the written consent of the owner of any proprietary rights.
9. Disputes between Members
a) MSASTROEXPERTS Members are solely responsible for communicating with prospects (via any medium). MSASTROEXPERTS expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any monetary transaction(s), exchange(s), interaction(s), or passing of information(s), etc., between any MSASTROEXPERTS members via email, chat, interaction, Whatsapp, or any other medium of communication between MSASTROEXPERTS members using the Website/App or otherwise.
b) MSASTROEXPERTS is not obligated to monitor any such disputes that may arise between MSASTROEXPERTS members, and MSASTROEXPERTS shall not be a party to any such dispute/litigation, etc.
c) MSASTROEXPERTS is not a broker or agent for any MSASTROEXPERTS member, nor does it participate in the exchange of any discussion between MSASTROEXPERTS members and prospects or the results of their discussion.
10. Disclaimer
a) Your use of the MSASTROEXPERTS Services or any content is at your own risk. The predictions given by various experts in MSASTROEXPERTS are based on their individual experiences. You agree that interpreting given predictions depends on your understanding of astrology. MSASTROEXPERTS or its partners are not responsible for any consequences raised after that. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WITHOUT LIMITING THE PRECEDING, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. MSASTROEXPERTS does not guarantee that the Website/App, its servers, or email sent from MSASTROEXPERTS are virus-free or free of other harmful components. MSASTROEXPERTS is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of this Website/App, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
